Most wedding planners will be happy to share some general details about the destination during a complimentary consultation, but the in-depth information about what venues couples can expect to find within their budget is saved for after you book them officially.
However, good wedding planners who know their stuff don't come cheap! And you might feel hesitant to put down a non-refundable retainer fee with someone if you aren't confident you'll find a venue you're happy with. You're placing a lot of trust in someone else, which can be scary! And let's be real, can sometimes feel like a Catch 22.
Our hope for these guides is that you'll be able to make a much smaller investment up front, so you can feel confident when it comes time to book your planner or even day-of-coordinator later on.

The guides are currently based on pricing for 2022 and projected pricing for 2024 where that information is available. Under sample budgets, you'll see options to view them as separate spreadsheets so you can choose the year that applies to you. Venues and vendors typically raise their prices each year, so we will be updating the information/sample budgets in July of every year (as soon as these numbers are shared with us).

While plenty of general venue roundups + Pinterest boards currently exist for these destinations, none offer the tailored details we have spent years curating specifically for destination weddings at multiple price points.
